By creating a browserfog account you agree to these terms. The short version: don't abuse the service, don't store illegal content, and we'll do our best to keep your data secret and available.
Use of the service
You retain ownership of your captures. The service stores encrypted copies on your behalf. You agree not to use the service to store content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where our servers operate.
Availability
The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for 99.5% monthly availability; outages happen. Encrypted backups run nightly; we cannot guarantee zero data loss in the event of catastrophic infrastructure failure.
Payment
The paid tier ($5/month for 100 GB) bills monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Termination
You may delete your account from the dashboard at any time — this hard-deletes every row tied to your account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with reasonable notice (immediate for ToS-egregious activity).
